Project timelines depend on:
timely client approvals,

technical complexity.
Optimoz IT shall not be liable for delays caused by clients, third-party providers, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
Source code, graphics, designs, content, and deliverables remain the property of Optimoz IT until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of finalized deliverables may be transferred to the client except:
licensed software,
third-party assets,
frameworks,
plugins,
proprietary systems.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce our proprietary tools without written permission.
- Third-Party Services
Our services may include integration with third-party providers such as:
payment gateways,
hosting providers,
cloud platforms,
APIs,
communication services.
We are not responsible for:
downtime,
policy changes,
pricing changes,
data loss,
service interruptions caused by third parties.
- Data & Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable security measures; however, no digital platform can guarantee complete security.
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups unless backup services are explicitly included in the agreement.
- Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- Service Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
payments are overdue,
illegal activities are detected,
abuse or misuse occurs,
these Terms are violated.
Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations.
- Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and signed agreements.
Generally:
domain registrations,
hosting fees,
third-party licenses,
digital marketing spends,
customized development work
are non-refundable once initiated or delivered.
- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties unless required by law.
- Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
natural disasters,
internet outages,
cyber attacks,
government actions,
pandemics,
labor disputes.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
